DRIP TAPE RECYCLING GUIDE
Aqua-Traxx Azul® is the most clog-resistant drip in the market. It is made from High-Density Polyethelene (HDPE) polymer, and it is NOT curb-side recyclable. Toro Ag offers a landfill diversion referral service for growers located in California and the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. See more details below.

Landfill Diversion Referral Service*
The following companies offer growers the opportunity to streamline their end-of-season management and reduce costs through hassle-free collection, ensuring their materials are diverted from landfills and managed responsibly. Any drip tape users interested in participating in the collection program who meet the qualifications below are encouraged to participate.
- The material must strictly be thin-wall drip tape product (i.e. NO mulch film, NO greenhouse film) and must be free of excess debris and foreign material.
- The material must be densified using an Andros Mega Binder; though Toro will consider collecting material that is rolled or baled if the bales/rolls are big enough (I.e., ~1,000 lbs.)
- The pickup site must be accessible by a semi-truck and trailer
- In aggregate weight, the drip tape must weigh over 30,000 lbs. (i.e., ~30 Mega Binder rolls or ~350 acres)
- The grower may be responsible for providing equipment and labor to load the trailer with the drip tape; typically, this requires a loading ramp and a forklift, or an excavator with a grapple.
If you don’t meet the requirements, please contact the program operators listed below to inquire about potential exceptions.
*Geographic limits based on the pick-up location; the pick-up is not guaranteed*
